After more than a century in the industry, we continue to innovate as a world-leading organisation.   The Contract We are seeking a consultant to work with our Head of Partnership Development on executing pioneering music licences across sizeable industry sectors across Africa, from identification of opportunity through to negotiation and license implementation. In particular, to focus on PRSfM’s approach to licensing music with African broadcasters, subscription video on demand services (SVoD) and multinational brands. Key focus will be on building pioneering licensing models, gaining engagement across sectors and leading on negotiations and deal making.   The contract will run for 6 months and has been identified as outside IR35.

We would love someone who can excel in a changing security landscape  Cyber Security affects us the same as the next business, which is why we’re looking for talented cyber professionals to help us secure our networks, systems, and people.   We’ve launched a comprehensive Cyber Security Programme, to increase our cyber security maturity, spanning multiple domains and activities.   The programme will deliver cyber security transformation and improvement consisting of control design, technology implementation, and broader cyber security activities to enable us to meet our ambitious business objectives and manage risk.   We have strong foundations upon which to improve our existing cyber security capabilities and are on a journey of improvement with a talented transformation team. We are now looking for experienced cyber security professionals to define and drive cyber security implementation fit for a data driven and technology enabled organisation.   Salary c £60k

The Role PRS for Music are seeking an exceptional Board Level Executive Assistant to provide right hand support to our award-winning CEO. The successful applicant will have extensive prior experience of working to Board Director and CEO level within a medium-to-large corporate, matrixed organisation with international reach and multiple stakeholders.   This is a varied, rewarding and sometimes challenging role. The Executive Assistant will take ownership of and proactively manage the organisation and administration functions of the Office of the CEO. Providing a full suite of support services, the role will be responsible for executive administration co-ordination/management of small projects, as well as management of key tasks relating to the CEO’s schedule, communications, international travel, and meetings. The EA to the Office of the CEO will be expected to demonstrate outstanding organisational and stakeholder management skills and will take pride in being the face of the CEO office.    You will thrive in establishing effective and efficient processes in a fast-paced corporate environment and implement controls to ensure the CEO office is managed appropriately and effectively.    Acting as the CEO’s ‘right-hand,’ you will be responsible for ensuring all their organisational and administration needs are taken care of and run smoothly. The day-to-day work combines government relations, advocacy, strategic policy development, issue management, information dissemination and strategic communications advice. The aim is to influence public policy, build and maintain a strong reputation and find common ground with stakeholders.
